Our Pizza Dough Recipe
WATER + ITALIAN FLOUR + A PINCH OF SALT + A SMIDGEN OF YEAST + A LOT OF LOVE!
Truly traditional wood fired Italian pizza – Our dough is made in-house using top quality Caputo flour, is allowed to proof for 72 hours before being hand stretched by our team of Pizzaiollo’s. Topped with quality authentic Italian ingredients including Italian bell tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and DOP buffalo mozzarella and fior di latté cheese, our pizzas are cooked to perfection in our wood fired pizza oven.
Our entire pizza range are available to buy dine in and takeaway – and don’t miss out on our famous dessert pizza’s including the Nutella Calzone with fresh strawberries and vanilla bean ice cream!
We have a range of gluten free options – including gluten free gnocchi and gluten free bases for all our pizzas – not just gluten free but delicious.
